A cage with no top

I want a topless cage ?

Trivial as it sounds;

I need it for my constraints,

To leave my winged spirit fly

On short trips, too blue!

Block from me this freedom,

Case, as I can to my fate.

Note: Small and the point is the poetry,"A cage without A," a cage, put in the bar someone from freedom, more control, rules on them, in this complex world, and maybe we need a large cage, always, people are more and more enemies, it seems from forty years ago.
