At the end of any negotiation, meeting or an issue where you need agreement ? the better people feel the more likely the motivation to take action. A client of mine, Gordon his name was, once said at the end of a negotiation both sides should feel that it was a tough negotiation but fair to both sides.

If one side or the other, or even both feel that it was not good, they are less likely to implement it. They might even go back and re-negotiate or sabotage the deal at a later date. Win win needs the feeling on both sides that it was a good deal.
